SYMPHONY
Founded in Ahmedabad, Gujarat in 1988, Symphony was established with a clear ambition: to make economically viable cooling accessible to a wider population. Since then, the brand has grown into the world’s largest air cooling company, with operations spanning more than 60 countries across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
Under the leadership of founder Achal Bakeri, Symphony has consistently championed green, eco-friendly cooling solutions, helping popularise ergonomically designed evaporative coolers as a sustainable alternative to traditional air-conditioning. In Australia, the brand operates through Climate Technologies Ltd, offering products locally under the Bonaire name.
OVERVIEW
Ahead of the summer season, Symphony launched a digital campaign to complement its TV-led brand push, with the aim of building awareness, generating early demand, and introducing its new summer product range. The campaign focused on driving pre-sale website registrations, supported by incentives that encouraged customers to pre-book products ahead of peak season.
The media approach was shaped by real-time weather insights, with spend dynamically increased in regions forecasting heatwave conditions. Copy and creatives were continually tested across English and local languages to maximise reach and registration volume, ensuring relevance across diverse regional markets.
WORK
I played a key role across the campaign, shaping ad creatives and strategy, developing landing page content, and designing the email sequence guiding users from registration through to product delivery.
